They do not necessarily teach a student-athlete how to communicate with a coach, understand what that coach is looking for, evaluate an opportunity, or make a decision that fits both the athlete and the family.
Yahya brings nearly three decades of experience from the coach’s side of the recruiting process to help student-athletes and families prepare for those conversations and decisions. Getting noticed is only part of the process. Being prepared for what comes next is the standard.

YAHYA RADMAN
Yahya Radman helps student-athletes, families, coaches, and schools make the next step clearer through practical preparation, honest conversations, and higher standards.
A former collegiate coach and current workshop facilitator, college-readiness speaker, and student-athlete educator, Yahya brings more than 25 years of experience working inside high-performance environments.
His coaching career included leadership roles at Indiana University, Florida State University, the University of Wyoming, NC State University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he worked with athletes navigating elite performance, academic responsibility, recruiting, and personal growth.
Across coaching, program leadership, and international competition, Yahya built a reputation for cultures rooted in clarity, accountability, and standards that hold under pressure.
Yahya also founded Red Wolf Elite Diving Club and Wisconsin Dive Club, giving him years of experience building programs from the ground up and working directly with athletes, coaches, and families through the developmental and college-transition process.
Today, Yahya works with schools, athletic programs, student-athletes, families, coaches, and leaders who need greater clarity around expectations, decisions, and what comes next. His work is not built around motivation alone. It is grounded in practical preparation, honest conversations, and helping people understand the standard required by the opportunity in front of them. His perspective is shaped by a simple belief: The standard is the strategy.
Yahya lives in Madison, Wisconsin with his family. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys cooking, gardening, supporting Liverpool FC, and watching objectively terrible vampire films.
